Still

Early comp to determine if this is the direction
I wanted to go. I ultimately decided against
this direction but it's still cool to see where
things come from.

The Woods

Into the cold woods she moved ever so slowly.
"I will make it, " she whispered. "I have to,
they're depending on me."

This is a little piece of animation that I did on
my own. The model and rig were made by Jason Ryan
you can find him here
( http://www.jasonryananimation.com/main.html)

Really cool, really fun to play around with.
I believe in the study of animation and that it
doesn't really matter what program you
work in, wether it's XSI, Maya, 3DS, Flash
or even traditional. It's all the same to me,
good animation is good animation and no one
program is going to make it better. To me it's all
about good principals, learn those and you can
work any way you want..........obviously I have
some more studying to do!

Mood

Controlling mood through light has always
intrigued me. The fact that you can make
some one feel absolutely anything by just the
way you place a light, absolutely amazing.

Reactor City

Hey all! good to see ya again, Sorry I've been
away so long but work has been crazy!!!
I finally got a little free time this afternoon to
sit and play. I picked up a couple really good books
on photoshop this week ( advanced photoshop vol.4)
If you haven't seen it go out and take a peek there's
some really cool tips and techniques in this issue.
This composition was based on one of those techniques
of starting out with just general shapes and then using
(Filters, blur, radial blur and set it to zoom.)
Anyway enjoy!
More coming soon.
